Welcome!

Come join us for a wonderful month of fun and art!

Students in the Saturday Art Studio will meet each Saturday in October at 9:30am-11:30am to complete a different exciting project each week. The program is designed and run by an enthusiastic group of NAU Art Education students who are dedicated to providing dynamic and meaningful art lessons to children. Projects will include cartoons, kites, bookmaking, and creature boxes!

About the first day:

The workshop will be held in the NAU Performing and Fine Arts Building at the corner of Riordan and Knoles. From Milton, turn East (towards campus) onto Riordan Rd. Park in the lot located on Riordan Rd. just below Riordan Ranch Rd. on the left. Signs will be posted. If you reach Knoles, you have gone too far.

Check-in/ registration will be on the 3rd floor of the performing and fine arts building. The workshop is from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, so please arrive a little early on the first day to allow time for check-in. Please drop your child off at their classroom and pick them up from their classroom.

Please have your child ready to create! Attire should be clothing that can get messy, or a smock.

The children will be busy the entire session, so please, no snacks or treats. Please notify us of any medical condition your child has (such as diabetes) that we should be aware of.

We are looking forward to working with your young artist!
